This single origin varietal gem is made by bees from the delicate nectar of the Acacia flowers blooming in Kashmir (Tral, Verinag and other locations). What makes this honey even more special is that the Acacia flower blooms for only 20 days in the entire year in Kashmir.

Compared to other unifloral honey, the natural sugar profile of Acacia honey resists crystallization. This is because the Fructose content in Acacia honey is more than the Glucose content. This also makes it a preferrable honey for diabetics.

Acacia honey has a beautiful light golden colour and is one of the mildest tasting honey. It is highly sought after and one of the Global favourites.

Raw honey is unheated and retains all the nutrients, enzymes, anti-oxidants and medicinal compounds that honey is known for. It is loaded with vitamins C and B6, iron, calcium, thiamine and plenty more. It has high anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties.

Unlike many of the commercially processed honey most people are used to; our RAW unprocessed Kashmiri honey is nothing like the blended and watered-down versions found in mainstream grocery stores.

It’s important to note this; because this is RAW honey and it does crystallise after a certain duration; unlike the reciped honey found in supermarkets, which stays runny for a very long time due to its formulated production and packing.
